Nice, clean, and orderly

I feel that the appliances should be up to date. And wallpaper should be replaced because of molding situation. There should be better doorbells installed because the ones on the door are terrible.

My main goal here at Ambassador Court is to achieve the maximum resident satisfaction and to work deligently to better your living experience in our community. My rating is average for two reasons. The heating and air conditioning does not work well in the second part of the apartment (the other two bedrooms). I have a three bedroom apartment and the second half is either very hot in the summer or very cold in the winter. I have called about this in the past but I really think the vents needs to be cleaned out. I have to use an electric heater in the winter to keep that area warm.

Maintenance staff don't stay employed long and do not fix anything, guys are always hanging outside drinking in places i was told nobody is allowed even the kids, my tub and bathroom sink looks as if it was painted prior to move-in, closets were put together and painted to look decent, office staff is always nice but they serve no purpose because they do not do anything and are never in the office,

There is a definite pest problem. Cockroaches, spiders, and slugs are present inside the apartment. When entering the breezeway in the night time, cockroaches scurry about. Neighbors throw things off the balcony of the apartment above. Trash can be found around the grounds, in the breezeway and also outside the dumpster on a daily basis. Children run around unattended. I've had my grill knocked off my balcony on two occasions. Children follow me to my apartment and enter without an invitation.
