The office and maintenance staff is excellent. Problems are handled promptly and resolved in a very efficient manner. The staff is polite and courteous and treats people respectfully in a manner which makes you feel like more than just a tenant . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ballantyne Commons to others.

Great place to call home. The offices is a great and friendly. Apartment are extremely nice and well maintained. Their is a good amount of parking. Everything about this place makes it feel like home.

The office staff is very friendly, everytime I go in the office they always greet me by name. It's a safe neighborhood that's good for any age and even pets too!

Fun and courteous staff. Issues are always resolved in a timely manner or an explanation is communicated in a timely manner. I do have one request for consideration. I would like to hold a community only weekly bible study in our common area and am willing to pay for a time slot. I was respectfully told I could not as it may disturb or cause complaints. I am willing to start one on a trial basis and of course it would be open to all residents.
