It is centrally located making it easy and quick to get to work and most other destinations. I gave it a "Good" rating as opposed to an "Excellant" because although we enjoy quite a few things about our home and community, what was once a really affordable rent and the best bang for our buck, has become much more costly than we had hoped for for the size of our dwelling. In our previous apart. it took about ten years for our rent to go up as much as it has in just the few years we've been here.
Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience. The last time we implemented a rent increase was in 2012. Since then we have been thrilled to not have to raise the market rent. We are always looking for opportunities to help our residents reduce their total household expense by offering deals such as a free gym membership and discounted cable/WiFi package. I have lived here for almost 14 yrs and I love my home - but the present company owning and running this property is a disappointment and is not doing a good job I feel
On the first day of moving in, almost 2 years ago, the administration at that time promised a one-bedroom for me on a certain date, but the apartment was not ready on the day of the move. In the past, I've also often had to talk to the head of maintenance instead of the office in order to have something repaired. Since moving into the right apt. management has been very helpful.
Since we took over managing approximately a year and a half ago it has been our pleasure to serve residents like yourself. We are thrilled to learn that we can meet (and hopefully exceed) your needs! I was a an excellent resident and paid my rent timely and at once paid two months in advance. On early Saturday morning my apartment caught fire and I was stunned that I was not supplied another unit. I signed a two year lease and was treated like garbage. If the fire wasn't enough of a disaster the way the staff treated me at Westborough was sad and inappropriate. Their Facebook page needs serious policing and whomever is in charge of any posts etc. on that page should look closely before a
