We LOVE it here!! We moved in right after we got married and I am so glad we did!! The ladies in the office are so sweet/welcoming and the maintenance guy is always on top of everything! The apartments are honestly more like custom condo's! The pool, grills, dog parks (4), gym, tanning room (I can go on and on) are TOP-NOTCH! I would absolutely recommend The Grove to all of my friends and family. We love calling The Grove our home. Thank you for all you do to make this a great place to live!!
The staff and property are great.
Management is extremely nice and if there are any issues they are very responsive to resolve them quickly. The apartments are brand new and above the average. Hawthorne Residential Partners does a really nice job in what they include in their new construction.
The sales staff was excellent as they worked miracles to help us when we had to move in a couple weeks earlier than expected. The apartment was completed and cleaned to perfection on our move in day. We have now been in our apartment for a month and we couldn't be happier. Even though the complex is still under construction, you would not know it unless you walked down to the far end. They have done marvelous job during construction to maintaining a clean & safe environment.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
