The best place I have stayed in a long time. My likes and dislikes are: Safe, generally quiet although my neighbors play loud music with a lot of bass, it's very annoying. Love the pool and everything else is awesome.

My likes and dislikes about this community are: I like the fact that the community is fenced in. I dislike the fact that the staff take a long time to fix things and give you false promises. For example, when I moved into my apartment, my back balcony was very filthy. I was told that my balcony would get power hosed but it's only done quarterly. I've been living in treybrooke for over six months and no one has fixed my balcony yet.
