The staff at the Amesbury are very polite, professional and helpful. When my roommate and I need something repaired or have a question, the staff are prompt with their help. The apartment complex is maintained beautifully and I feel safe here.
I have been here for two years and I have enjoyed my stay thus far and I plan on renewing in December. The staff is wonderful, they keep the tenants well informed of things going on in the complex, they hold great gatherings to make sure we are one big happy family even if we don't know one another. I feel safe and this couldn't be a more perfect place for me to stay. I'm withing minutes of everything especially my job. My sister came to visit me this year twice in 3 months from NJ.
Very quiet community, neighbors are really friendly
Floors are too thin. I can hear everything that goes on upstairs.
Great community but needs more lighting. Some areas of the complex are really dark. Some of the buildings have sensor lights that have gone out and not replaced. I think maintenance should do a night check once a month to see which buildings are without lighting. Also too many college kids are moving into the neighborhood making it noisy.
Thank you for this feedback. We do perform routine night time inspections, but sometimes we even miss things! Please email us or stop by the office and let us know what lights are out so that we can remedy that situation for you.
