The staff at the Amesbury are very polite, professional and helpful. When my roommate and I need something repaired or have a question, the staff are prompt with their help. The apartment complex is maintained beautifully and I feel safe here.
I have been here for two years and I have enjoyed my stay thus far and I plan on renewing in December. The staff is wonderful, they keep the tenants well informed of things going on in the complex, they hold great gatherings to make sure we are one big happy family even if we don't know one another. I feel safe and this couldn't be a more perfect place for me to stay. I'm withing minutes of everything especially my job. My sister came to visit me this year twice in 3 months from NJ.

I love the Amesbury I just wish that there was more space.
1) The maintenance team is top notch. Maintenance issues are treated with appropriate urgency by management
2) The management office has a professional atmosphere that is also welcoming, warm, and courteous to the tenant
3) The apartment community provides numerous and enjoyable events throughout the year for the year.
4) The grounds of the Amesbury are landscaped beautifully.
5) The apartments are well-built and well-sized.
