If you want quality and plan to make good use of the amenities, and you're willing to pay reasonably for it all, steeplechase is an excellent choice as a place to live.
The staff at the office is very nice. Maintenance respond quickly and professional. I never had a problem since I been living here. I juat there was a pantry other than that its a great place to live. And the fact that theres no parking space assign is a plus even though sometimes i have to walk a bit at night but its good especially when there's visitors everyone have a place to park even if tou have to walk a little. It prevent drama.
I must say this is my first Apt every and I am over 50.Steeplechase is my home the people in the office always willing to help you... If you have a problem with something in your Apt they are there to fix it. The hold staff at Steeplechase the office,groundskeeper and Maint. are wonderful people....
