lots of bugs, maintenance comes in timely manner
The constant changing of the leasing office staff is not good. The general lease agreement could be clearlier espeacially the part about someone needed to break the lease based on the fact they are moving out of the greensboro or buying a home.
For the money being paid things could be better especially when nothing is included. When there was work being done to the apartment complex they would notify you when it would be happening but it would not happen on the day indicated which caused some inconvenience. There was also an instance where my water wasn't working I called to tell them and they say oh yea that's pretty much everyone in your unit. Why wouldn't send out an email or call to tell us? There needs to be some organization.
Sinks constantly are clogged and debris from the pipes float up to the surface...toilets need to be replaced...old untreated wood balconies need to be replaced...old bathtubs that are out of date
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
