I've been living here at landmark at Battleground for almost 4 years and I must say it has been a pleasant place to live the staff and the maintenance staff are always Pleasant friendly as well as professional we have awesome Neighbors and we have some of the neighbors that are kind of spooiled the children of playful and the property is always clean
Despite construction on the new highway, I love this area I love that I can sit on my patio and have privacy . The staff is friendly and they usually make repairs quickly. I like that it is in walking distance of Walmart, Big Lots, Precision Tune. etc. It is clean and the company that cuts the grass is considerate of parked cars. I love the ponds they are a wonderful touch. I have a 2bd rm with a loft and it is awesome I have been here 2 yrs.
It is a great place to live. Everyone is nice and friendly
I love the space. The office people are super friendly. They're starting to fix things up around the property like the tennis courts . But it's not worth the money once you're out of that 1st year promo. My floors squeak poor downstairs neighbors , the sink leaks even after its been repaired, there's usually trash throughout the complex, people don't pick up their dog waste, the playground is dangerous, and no one watches their kids. My lease is ending soon and I requested that my rent be lowered to match others in my building. I have an unupdated apt facing the street construction. The noise wakes me up daily. I'm close to the garbage and get to smell that lovely aroma all summer. People coming in now pay 100 less than I pay, and they don't even have to be near all the mess at the front of the complex. I'm disappointed in the way that the corporate headquarters are handling my issue. I get that they're in the business to make money, but you would think to do so they'd want to keep the residents who make payments on time and don't cause a lot of issues. I'm actively looking for a new place to live.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
