City View is a beautiful community. Coming from a major city, Boston, I didn��??t know what to expect from Greensboro, NC. I quickly learned that City View was the best complex for me. With bi-monthly socials, hosted by the City View staff, I was able to meet great friends and learn about the city quickly. The Staff at City View made my transition seamless and they��??ve been nothing less than spectacular! I love this complex��??it��??s truly a place away from home.
Really love the location to downtown restaurants and the staff have been friendly. I needed emergency maintenance once, and they fixed the issue quickly. Otherwise haven't had much interaction with maintenance, which is fine by me! Enjoy living here.
I love the staff and the complex. Everyone, even the residents, are extremely friendly and welcoming. Also, the staff does a great job of planning fun events for the residents. They make us feel like we are an asset to the complex, not a burden.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
