I like the gate system to control traffic but am concerned about news reports of crime spree in the vacinity of the apartment.
Could a code be offered to local law enforcement to swing thru the property on night patrol?
The space in our apartment here at Blackthorn is great! Everyone that come by are amazed at how much space we have. We enjoy it here, but like nearly all of apartment living, you sometimes hear your neighbors.
Some break-ins have caused to safety concerns.
Office personnel have always been helpful & concerned about the resident's safety.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
