The office staff is absolutely wonderful! I LOVE the location and landscape. My dog is very weird about walking a sidewalk next to a road, so I'm incredibly happy that there are so many grassy fields I can her running through. There are many great things about Landmark at Battleground, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Maintenance very helpful
The management team are welcoming, and make themselves available to serve the needs of the residents. Requests for service are processed in a timely manner, and I've always received either a call or emailed update to outstanding work orders in their queries. As a resident, I am not searching for help, the help is always available.
The apartment is spacious and has excellent storage room. There is much more storage space than other apartments I looked at. I am enjoying the new remodelling recently done also. The community is safe and quiet, with a good mix of family and singles. There is good access to the area and to highways. A nice place to be.
Extremely helpful, friendly office staff; amenities such as the playground and swimming pool help us keep our toddler busy and entertained. My likes and dislikes are: I'm most satisfied with how well-insulated our apartment is; it's helped tremendously both by minimizing outside noise as well as improving our overall electricity use. The only complaint is how limited close parking can be during evening hours.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
