Abberly Place has a great reputation around Garner. The apartments always look well kept, and maintenance does a fantastic job.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
From I-40, take exit 306 - Garner/70 exit. Follow Highway 70 West toward Garner. Turn left onto White Oak Road. Turn left onto Timber Drive East, and Abberly Place at White Oak Crossing is on your left. From 1-440 Inner at the north side of downtown Raleigh, travel east/south to I-40 East toward Benson (exit 16). On I-40 East travel past Time Warner Pavilion to exit 306 (3.3 miles) and bear right onto 70 West towards Garner. At top of exit ramp you will see Dick's Sporting Goods, merge right onto 70 West and move over into the far left lane. At the first light (.2 miles) turn left onto White Oak Rd. Stay in the left hand lane and travel through the first light, then take a left onto Timber Dr. East at the Target sign (.4 miles). Travel .4 miles on Timber Dr. East and turn left onto Abberly Crest Blvd. The Abberly Place clubhouse and leasing office will be directly ahead.
