Tartan place is comfortable and cozy. Located in the best area of Fayetteville. It is not the typical cookie cutter apartment you see everywhere. Beautiful wooded area and close to the Cape Fear River Trail. Apartments are large and spacious with large windows and a fireplace. The property management people are the best.
I love it here. Tartan Place apartments are clean, safe, private, stylish, unique, and great location. Best in Fayettevillle... and I searched a lot!
I rated Tartan Place community as excellent because as of November of this year I will have resided here for six (6) years and have enjoyed each and every year. There has never been a problem in my home that has not been immediately corrected. Management and staff are always professional and friendly. The grounds are well manicured weekly and the outside areas are well lit for all residents' safety. There is never a worry about animals (dogs/cats) roaming in our community. Great place!!
Love it here, it's quiet, my neighbors are friendly and pick up after their pets. I feel safe.
Management and staff are always on property during office hours and are readily available to resolve any concerns pertaining to the apartment complex. Grounds are properly maintained. Regulations are enforced for the safety of the occupants, example - no loose free running dogs. Being a single female, I enjoyed the fact that my outside area is well lit at night.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

From Ft Bragg take Honeycutt offpost past Simmons Air Field to the end of Honeycutt, turn right onto McArthur Rd, go up to 1st stop light turn left on Stacy Weaver, so up to stop light turn right onto Ramsey St. merge immediately into left lane and turn left at stop light (beside Marathon Gas Station) onto Tree Top Dr., go to end of Tree Top and turn right into property. From Ramsey Street, turn onto Tree Top Drive, just South of Methodist University, go to end turn right into Tartan Place.
