The staff was always friendly and willing to assist to meet our needs in a timely manner. My likes and dislikes are: The location and staff were my favorite parts of my residence there.
I enjoyed my time here. I swam at the pool a lot during the summer, used the exercise room when I could, and went to the little playground often. My likes and dislikes are: Close to Ft. Bragg, wonderful staff and amenities (Utilities can be included in rent if wished as well as cable), and spacious apartments at a decent price.

In my opinion that's the best choice because you get all the essentials and you get to save a few bucks. The community was great and the people and staff were always easy to deal with. This is definitely the best apartment to live in Fayetteville

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
