Management should weed out their staff. There was one girl that was always a pain to deal with...she would never smile, and acted as though you were interrupting her entire life. Also, management should see that emails are replied to, and phones are answered. I sent many emails to both email addresses on file and never got a response. However, we would live there again if we were ever in the area. You're gonna have at least one complaint when you live somewhere, and my complaints are easy to fix. My likes and dislikes are: The most of the staff were easy and a pleasure to deal with. Maintenance was always wonderful. They would come quickly, and were very knowledgeable and personable. The rent package we had was a great value.
I enjoyed my time here. I swam at the pool a lot during the summer, used the exercise room when I could, and went to the little playground often. My likes and dislikes are: Close to Ft. Bragg, wonderful staff and amenities (Utilities can be included in rent if wished as well as cable), and spacious apartments at a decent price.
I would like to see more security or maybe gated. value wasn't at where I thought it should;ve been

Even though management is working on the issue, dog poo bombs are very prevailint My likes and dislikes are: Office staff is wonderful, maintenence gets to your issues promptly, two pools to pick from garuntees ones never too crowded, alarm system in each apt even if you don't pay for monitoring it still is a great audio alarm
Not a bad place over all. Staff,at least to me were fair,prompt with their responses back and when I had an issue they were resolved to my expectations. My likes and dislikes are: Close to the Army base just minutes away...as well as Food Lion. Great gym for an apartment building,pool,clean,maintenance is on top of things. Also, convenient with the kids playground and the two car washes spots and vacuum cleaners on property.
