Management and maintenance staff has been very professional and on time complying with repairs requested. Landscaping staff does a super job as well. We are just happy to be in a quiet area.

Some staff members are very professional but the property manager is horrible!

The rent keeps rising significantly every year. This lease I just signed I was given less than a 60 day notice that the rent was increasing by $100 and renter's insurance had to be purchased. Also the apartments are not energy efficient for winter months.
The previous Management Company did not ask for rental increases for years. We did a Market Analysis and in lieu of the location, and the amenities we provide, our rental rates were below fair market value and we raised them accordingly. We sent out "early bird" renewal rates in December for any leases expiring Jan - May 2014 and we offered "early bird" renewal rates to encourage our residents to renew early at reduced rental rates.
The only things that get upgraded is the cost to live here each year! The apartments/townhomes are clearly the exact same as they were in the 80s,down to the faucets and toilets! No refreshes to the exterior or interiors of the buildings. If you're going to raise prices EVERY YEAR, at least make people feel like they are getting something for it! Also, the quality of the residents has taken a severe decline in the past few years, which is why I am planning on this being my last.
The pool has new patio furniture and pillows. The parking lots are being asphalted. Six buildings have new roofs; and six more are scheduled to get new roofs. The tennis courts have been removed and we await the results of the resident survey you filled out to determine if we are getting a new Bark Park or Vegetable Garden. We love our residents. I am truly sorry you are unhappy. Please call me in the office to discuss this.
