I recently moved into this new community so I don't have much reference; however, I must say that the staff has been exceptional. From my initial inquiry and throughout the rental process, I have received the most courteous and professional interactions with the rental office staff. Absolutely AWESOME.
The Villages at Ellis Crossing has a very friendly staff, and has tons of recreational amenities for all residents. They have valet trash, which will come and pick up your trash right outside of your door. All the apartments come with a stainless steel refrigerator and microwave, and granite countertops. For the price, The Villages at Ellis Crossing almost feel like a no-brainer, and provides an excellent environment for both young families and professionals.
I have to drive several miles to recycle because it is not available at the community yet and it does not seem recycling will be available for a long while. I love to swim and I wish the indoor pool was open before 9 am so I could swim before work.
This Apartment Complex is very new, it takes time to build a community, so therefore in the months to come I m looking forward to seeing the management team interacting with residents.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
