My husband and I have had the most wonderful experience in this community. The staff is exceptional, professional, and friendly far and above the norm. The neighbors are friendly, and the grounds are lovely. We would recommend this community to anyone we know, and we have recommended it to many. We love calling Springfield home.
I would like to see the exterior area outside of doors to be cleaner. Storm doors would be nice so you dont know to open your door directly to the person standing at the door.
Very upset that I have lived in this complex since 12/2010 and I have never lived anywhere that the rent was raised $44 per month. I live a an old unupdated apartment, I have never caused any problems and very rarely call maintenance. I don't understand why my rent was raised. This is the first time since I moved in to this complex that the rent has gone up. Also an incentive is usually given to sign an extended lease, for example 15 month contract would be given $10 off on the monthly rent.
I love my apartment, the response for my maintenance requests are fast and reliable. I'm disappointed the pool isn't open yet and I'm not really pleased with the raise in rent. However, the location is amazing and my apartment is very nice.
Overall a nice complex, some times the manager has an attitude and sometimes the business center is out of order which is a pain, but the rest of the leasing/maintenance staff is very nice and friendly. The other tenants are always nice and maintenance generally comes within 24 hours of a work order being placed.
