Park Ridge Estates has definitely improved in their maintenance department!
Close to well-known stores and restaurants. Assessable to the university of chapelhill nc. Within walking distance to the durham transit system bus stop. A 10-mile walking trail with a small park behind the apartments.
Park Ridge Apartments. Just Don't.
great location, rent increase from lease to lease a little high. Some services are not tenant friendly.
It's a close community with quiet apartments and a beautiful view. I'm a long-time resident and I can't bring myself to move! Lovely neighbors and lovely staff!
