We love the location of Park Ridge Estates! So close to work, the mall and many shopping centers. The leading staff is friendly and reply promptly. The grounds are kept clean and we love our home.

Park Ridge is a pleasant quite community in a busy area. Although centrally located in Southwest Durham 5 seconds from SouthPoint Mall, you never feel or hear the hustle and bustle of the city. You are 2 minutes from I-40 and that's because there is a traffic light! You have every store, restaurant and fastfood joint within minutes of your doorstep. The local elementary, middle and high schools are among the highest performing in the district. You definitely get your biggest bang for your buck at Park Ridge Estates, Durham, NC.
