Very friendly staff, love the trash pick up program and very clean apartment complex. In response to the building exterior rating below, I think the new color choices being painted on the garages and buildings have created a dated, dirty look. The light color was significantly more inviting, modern and clean looking. If the complex was painted the way it's being painted now, I would not have stopped in on a whim to check out the apartments as I did when first moving into Legacy at Meridian.
I've enjoyed my time living at Legacy at Meridian. The location is the biggest selling point. It's convenient to Duke and to the RTP area. Amenities are pretty much what you expect from any apartment complex in this price range. Parking is tricky sometimes. My only complaint is that it's hard to get to the office because it's only open from 9AM-6PM. If I have a package that gets delivered there, it may sit for days because the only time I can get to the office is on Saturday.
Staff is always on top of things and very friendly.
The Team that oversees the daily operations, are the BEST! The upkeep and the Can Do attitude make for an extraordinary Living Experience. One concern is the maintenance personnel since so many excellent employees have left. Hopefully the replacements will have the same level of commitment.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
