Some of the parking spaces are painted a little close together, but there's plenty of parking. I never have to park too far, no matter what time I come home. Also, no matter what time I come home, I always feel safe. The pool and gym are small, but better to have something than nothing. The affordable rent makes up for the amenities being smaller. The front office staff is always polite and helpful and the maintenance crew is prompt. All my calls have been taken care of within 1 business day. My likes and dislikes are: The apartment is centrally located to I-40, perfect for commuting to any part of RTP, to Raleigh, or to Durham. The buildings are well-maintained and the apartment was spotless when we moved in. The other people in the community are friendly and respectful.
We never have an issue with parking for ourselves or our guests which is a nice change from most apartment complexes. My likes and dislikes are: The staff in office is great. Helpful in emergency and in day to day. The matainance staff is handy and very pleasant. The neighbors are, for the ones I have meet/spoken with friendly and caring.
We have been here two months and I expected it to be an apartment. It has been great. Between the amazing location, good price and great staff my husband and I are overjoyed at our choice in Featherstone Village and would make it again in a heart beat!
Cost-value balance, no criminal and/or terrible scenes so far in my 6 months stay. Management responds quickly and take corrective/positive actions to solve residents problems, and ohh.. they are friendly so far... hope that will not change.. :) My likes and dislikes are: Ideal location for commuting between Durham-RTP-Raleigh-Chapel Hill....for work and after-work activities.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
