My family has lived at Falls Pointe at the Park for nearly 12 years. We have had no serious complaints with management or staff, and the community overall is a decent place to live.

Why I rated FP@TPA, is because the breezeways, banisters and stairwells are not kept clean, the siding every now and again are powerwashed, and there is mold, droppings of the flying insects, there ae spider webs, droppings, secreetions, from the flying insects, and bugs o the bannisters and no one is doing nothing to correct this. Who'sjob is this to to kept these things clean, certainly not the tennents. Maintenance is one thing,how about FP@TPA contracting someone to clean and keep up these.
We actually do have a contract with power washers who power wash the breezeways on a quarterly basis. Our maintenance team spends hours each morning cleaning all of the breezeways and buildings. Thank you for your continued residency at Falls Pointe!
Not worth the high rent each month.
