The Bridges At Southpoint is a small apartment community that is populated with friendly professionals as well as some college students at the local universities. The close knit nature of the Bridges community lends itself to acquainting oneself with neighbors and staff. The staff is very good at attending to resident's needs and is friendly and courteous as well.
Each interaction with one of the staff has always been a positive one. I appreciate their courtesy manner. The information discussed is always helpful. Your staff is easy to work with every time.
I moved in during management transition which was a bit unorganized. Maintenance requests took longer than expected. The dog park is currently in need of repair and we have not been updated about it. Dog waste bags took a long time to be ordered. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I am confident that things will get better.
Everything has been great so far, with the exception of the upkeep in the stairways/breezeways of the apartments. There are a lot of spiderwebs that don't get cleaned up often
They're currently painting the outside of the buildings a very tacky and ugly blue with beige, and it looks really unprofessional, cheap, and doesn't match the landscape and the potential of the complex. It really undermines that appearance, which can be very important when potential residents view the outside.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

From I-40, take exit # 274 (Jordan Lake). Travel north on Highway 751 and we're 1/4 mile on the right. From the Streets at Southpoint Mall, exit by the auto center and turn right onto Renaissance Parkway. At the light, turn right onto Hwy. 751 and cross over I-40. We are 1/4 mile on the right after I-40.
