I love the community. When needing assistance from the office staff I have gotten the run around. There are items that have not been completed in the apartment that were suppose to have been done w/n 30 days. The tenants above me uses their washing machine at all hours of the morning and its extremely noisy. I have spoken with management and it seems as if they do not care, I have called & called and was told on 01/04/2014 by an office staff she does not no what to say about my problem.
The addition of a dog park would make this complex competitive with others, especially with such a pet friendly community.
Pet wastes are left in the path ways. please take care
I really enjoy the property, it's nice and quiet. But it is a little old, and I did have my patio furniture stolen once.
I have lived outh here for three years before the new management i loved it. It takes so long for maintenance to come out and complete and work order.
