It's a decently quiet place. The apartments are not exactly up to par with the prices you pay for them. When I moved in, there were marks on the wall, missing paint spots, holes in the wall that were very poorly filled in, and the carpet needed cleaning. Things like that. I like the property itself. There is also a huge problem with wasps and things outdoors. I was actually stung the day I moved in. They're everywhere. The size of the space is pretty nice. I'd love a rent drop box.
Maintenance services have improved over the last year. Otherwise, value for money has remained good for the area.
I love the community. When needing assistance from the office staff I have gotten the run around. There are items that have not been completed in the apartment that were suppose to have been done w/n 30 days. The tenants above me uses their washing machine at all hours of the morning and its extremely noisy. I have spoken with management and it seems as if they do not care, I have called & called and was told on 01/04/2014 by an office staff she does not no what to say about my problem.
The addition of a dog park would make this complex competitive with others, especially with such a pet friendly community.
