This two-year experience has been A-1! Staff professionalism, a safe community. Great maintenance staff, and cleanliness. Can't beat it. Nothing here in Durham beats this place. Hands down, great, great, great place to rent!
I had to relocate on short notice and found Artisan at Brightleaf through the apartment finder app. This community is very nice and the apartments are well laid out with quality features and fixtures. The application process was different but easy to navigate for the most part. If you are looking for a nice community with upscale features, kind staff and good amenities, come see the Artisan at Brightleaf
Artisan at Brightleaf is a great apartment community just a short drive from Brier Creek. They offer outstanding floor plans and layouts that are different from most apartments in the area. Community amenities that are offered are those that you will not find anywhere else. I highly recommend you making Artisan at Brightleaf your new home today !
From the beginning staff has been very friendly on the job and off the job. Artisan has so many more features in their units than any other apartments we visited and for a much lower price, we were very surprised. We love the detail in the crown molding and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living space. These are the things we had in our home before apartment life. When company visit us in our apartment they are all so impressed with how nice this place is we are renting. All the little extras will make it hard to leave, especially being able to send an email while at work and it is complete when we return home at the end of the day, but we know this is temporary for us (over 2 years temporary = ). My home at Artisan is my own little nirvana. I love coming home to this bright clean neighborhood. I also love feeling safe at night which is very important to a single women.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
