Great area, new management

Parking can be hard to find close to my unit, I have to walk quite a ways from parking to my unit. Garbage receptacle is also a long walk from unit. Community shares one large garbage compactor so If you do not stay close to that then taking garbage out becomes a chore.
Thank you for taking the time to do a review. The compactor is placed at the current location, we believe that this keeps our community beautiful. We utilize a compactor versus trash dumpsters to keep our community free of trash and keeps our community free of dumpsters.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
