I think the complex is great! I just wish they had a dog washing station to go along with the car washing station. I would also appreciate the coffee and tea station to be available 24 hours or at the very least more convient hours. I wish I had the ability to grab a cup on my way to work, but since the offices are not open at 7am the drink station is not available.
The apartments are beautiful and the staff are all very helpful!
The staff is very friendly and treats you like you belong from the moment you walk through the door. If anything is wrong with the apartment it is fixed in a prompt manner. The aesthetics of the area are admirable. Close to food and fuel.
Amelia Station Apartments is a beautiful community. It is very diversere which pleases me. The staff is very friendly and the location is perfect. I look forward to enjoying all of the amenities and being a resident here for a very long time. :-)
Apartments are nice but the bedrooms are hotter than the rest of the rooms. The staff provides average customer service but does not go above and beyond. The apartments are still under construction so simple features like a trash collection facility and mailboxes are unavailable. The mail box situation is very inconvenient as you have no way to receive your mail other than during business hours.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
