Overall I have had good experiences with staff and their responsiveness to my needs. I feel, as a long term resident, that I am treated with respect and cordiality.
The hours that I work make it difficult to make it to the office before it closes on weekdays. Which makes it difficult to put money on my laundry card, or pick up a package. It is helpful that they occassionally have late office hours- but it would be very helpful if those days could be published ahead of time in the monthly newsletter. Overall I have been very happy at Wildwood.
The rent is fair and the pet fee is very inexpensive! I have not had a pest problem yet after living a year in wildwood. Maintenance is slow response, but they always do an incredible job! I have never had a problem with noisy neighbors since I've moved in. The pool is a nice bonus, and they keep it fairly clean. Although they did raise my rent after I renewed my lease, it was only by $15. I would recommend wildwood :)
I started to write comment and then I realized that i could write all day and never finish telling you all of everything that is wrong. I would suggest u send someone undercover to rent and live there a month. ROACHES are out of control..maintainance is so inapt...I had a mantle over fireplace...which I never had a fire in because no chimney sweep or inspection from Meck Co...mantle was coming apart from wall..maintainance shored it up..hah..at a 45 degree angle...ever heard of a level guys?

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
