It is nice, the community is friendly, the people are helpful, and the area is nice over all. I love the layout of the apartment, and the colors they have here are a lot better than other places I have been to. There is a patio balcony on every apartment and the place is insulated well. I hear noise but it is pretty mild, generally it is pretty quiet.
It is everything I thought an apartment isn't. My building is very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are kept up fairly well and I love the valet trash. I can sit on my balcony and watch the stars and occasionally a few idiots... I will say there are a few buildings where I see people hanging around and being loud but it is pleasant most if the time.
