Aggressive breeds are prohibited: Staffordshire Bull Terrier (Pitt Bull), Doberman, Akita, Chow, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, including any "mix" of these breeds. This is truly a home base community. I can't fine that level of expectations any where else.
In the past couple of months, I have noticed some really positive changes taking place in the community. I absolutely love how friendly and helpful the new management team has been and I'm really looking forward to their continued improvement of the pointe apartments!
I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Pointe. I'd love to continue leasing here, if rental rates remain reasonable.
The Pointe apartments have a wonderful set of apartment and though the apartments rate are slightly on the higher side(bcos of summer move-in?) the facilities are satisfactory. Every effort has been made to make sure that no stone is left unturned on the safety and security aspect.
The Point is a nice rather quiet community, with friendly staff and a high concern for security. They are never satisfied with just ok and are constantly making improvements, which is great but the cost value to residence isn't the best. If I could afford to stay at the Point still, I would.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
