The apartments are well-stocked with appliances, in a superb location, and have friendly staff. Pricing is reasonable especially with long leases, while amenities are surprisingly good. It does, however, suffer from a very difficult time trying to receive deliveries and lack of a grocery store easily accessible by foot. Though these are not the Lofts fault, I hope they get resolved in the future.
It could be excellent, but there has been turnover in the property management office. The customer service level has been different with each person, so there isn't a lot of consistency with regard to knowing what to expect. Lastly, the hours of the property management office are very limited; particularly, given the location and access for potential renters and the needs of the current residents.
I enjoy living at the Loft, but I think it is extremely annoying, that the staff don't do more about, when I complain about noise from my neighbors. Also I don't see why there every second night, needs to be working trucks / crew working in front of the build in the middle of the night!!! it is extremely hard to sleep with a running truck / machine etc. in front of the window... And finally, I lived here for about 2 years now, and the staff kept saying we will get a roof patio, never got it!
Late-night noise (music and people) and illegal parking by new restaurant (Piedmont) is killing the quality of life for courtyard residents.
I feel safe and the response turn around rate from office staff is excellent. I think the parking situation is horrible. As residents, it seems as if we got the worst part of the deal on parking. I think there should be some parking spaces on all levels for residents. It's an inconvenience for me to have to move my car by 8 am every morning. I live on the second floor and should that luxury to park on the second level. Also, there needs to be some type of incentive when leases are renewed.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
