I love this apartment complex. Always somewhere close to park, I never hear any noise from the neighbors, the grounds are beautiful, the apartment is great, maintenance is awesome, friendly, and fast, staff are very professional and always helpful. This is my first apartment complex, but compared to stories from friends and family, I would say Landmark at Mallard Creek goes above and beyond. I never plan on living in another apartment complex

It is a nice place to live. It's a little expensive but a safe environment. I have been referred by a friend and I would refer others. Property well kept, friendly neighbors and nice staff.
This community is very quiet and well kept. The staff is very accommodating and very easy to reach.
