Poor parking. Very hard to find a parking spot. Hallways are nasty. Animal waste on the outside hallway floors. Elevator floor in a mess. Leasing office always closed. Hard to get someone when needed. Computers in the social room always broken. This place needs a lot of work.
Residents do not clean after pets enough. Elevators are dirty and sometimes the dogs go to the bathroom in hallways. Average customer service.
