Excellent apartment community. Quiet, well kept, and a wonderful location in Charlotte. Close to uptown and walking distance to many places including Freedom Park.
The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful. Marsh Properties is prompt to respond to any issues. They properties are well kept, especially when you consider the age of them.
Kept getting woken up in the morning by kids across my apartment. Neighbors were rude when we asked their kids to allow us to park in parking lot because they were playing in the lot and would not move. Received noise complaints even when my roommate and I weren't home at the time. Also during the summer the lady who supervised the was ridiculous. Saw me everyday at the pool and if I ever forgot my pass acted as if I were a criminal.
Apt. mgmnt. often judged by small things, e.g. no longer providing air filters, allowing crab grass to dominate lawn areas, not replacing trees.
love everything about it but we have had some insect problems. Probably just common to the area but roaches and centipedes are no fun
