My first year here at Rivermere was okay. So I resigned my lease for another year... We I moved in I gave mulitiple complaints about the carpet not being up to par. They took forever. The carpet was and still is splitting and coming away from the wall. Not only that but after re-signing, I asked about a cleaning for the carpet and no one ever got back with me. I am a good tenant & my expectation is that they treat me like one.... I doubt that I will be resigning for that very reason.
Kids in breezeway(s) you have to walk thru them they barely move.
Trash on property especially breezeway(s).
had issues with A/C it was 2 weeks before work was complete had to go out and buy fans.
The stairs are always filthy with dust/dirt. The children are hangin out in the breezeways after school and leaving trash out on the grounds. WHen I moved in I my carpet was not cleaned well and it took 3 months to finally get the rental office to send someone. I wanted the manager to come tak at look at the spots in carpet, because I didn't believe it could be cleaned thoroughly. The spots are still there and I believe they should have replaced the carper. No such luck.
The trees block my balcony and bugs take over in the summer and fall.
The staff is polite, I never had any problems so far
