The entire staff is excellent, we are treated like family. Anytime we have a problem with anything (we have only had a problem with a leak and the refrigerator) the staff acts immediately.
Having been a resident for almost 7 years, and my family off and on for 20 years, I can say we are satisfied with Reafield. The location is ideal for where I work, the staff courteous and caring. I have never had a major issue, and most minor ones (disposal, closet) where solved in a timely manner. I marked average on exterior, as I would love to see them put in gutters, especially over walkways, so the residents don't get soaked on light rain that drips off the roof, or melting snow (now).
The office staff has been wonderful. The soundproofing between units is extremely good. These are the things that greatly influence your living experience, and they both are excellent.
This place is great! I feel safe, my apt is well kept, and the office staff remembers who I am. All of my questions/concerns were always answered in a timely manner. Very happy here!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
