Office staff and Maintenance staff have been friendly and responsive. The complex is clean and pretty quiet. My apartment is in good shape and they all seem to be that way.

The apartment setting has always felt safe and homey. The staff is very prompt and polite in their responses. I have not had any issues with neighbors. The lake is beautiful! Access to the greenway makes this location amazing.

As a new resident of Charlotte, I was guarded when looking for a new home. A friend recommended Radbourne Lake Apartments to me, so I went for a tour. The staff was so friendly and helpful in showing me living options. I had plenty of questions and concerns, and staff was prompt in answering my questions, and they continue to be quick to respond now that I have been here 6 months now. In fact, during a phone call, I mentioned that it was my dogs birthday. Staff left a present for my dog!
