I know this is an income base complex, but I can't understand why rent goes up each year if your income is the same from the year before. I'm not against raising the rent if your income increases from year to year. I havent had a raise in 4 years and no that is not Pleasant View's problem but taking under consideration of employment not giving raises would be a big help for some of the resident including myself. Thank you.
They are starting to go up on the rent every year now & they more about the outside & I never heard of apartments coming to look at your apartment every month or every other month. (Why ? )
property manager always has an attitude and refused to sign my lease agin and i have been there for 4 years. i never had a problem with the apartments until she become property manger in late last year (2013)
