P&K is an amazing place to live. The whole staff is amazing and so accommodating. They are always willing go above and beyond to make things easier for the residents.
This is such a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful and you never hear your neighbors. The outdoor spaces are absolutely wonderful - tons of outdoor seating areas with grills - perfect for entertaining. Everyone is so friendly here and the office staff are always so pleasant. The gym is really nice and you almost always have it to yourself. The location can't be beat either. I would definitely recommend this place!

The management staff have been extremely responsive and great to work with. They always listen to concerns and ideas for making the apartment complex better.
Everyone in the front office has been absolutely great to deal with. They are attentive, polite, and very friendly. I like everything about living at P&K. It seems as if some of the residents do destructive things to the property and it would be nice to see these residents have more respect for where they live.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
