The management staff have been extremely responsive and great to work with. They always listen to concerns and ideas for making the apartment complex better.
Everyone in the front office has been absolutely great to deal with. They are attentive, polite, and very friendly. I like everything about living at P&K. It seems as if some of the residents do destructive things to the property and it would be nice to see these residents have more respect for where they live.
P&K is an amazing place to live. The whole staff is amazing and so accommodating. They are always willing go above and beyond to make things easier for the residents.
Any concerns I have had were addressed immediately. The complex is clean and well-maintained and everyone is super friendly.

Staff is very helpful and friendly and keeps the residents up to date with building information. Location is great and building is always nice. Could use guest parking.
