Grounds are well kept, staff is very attentive and all areas are well lighted.

Perhaps, more importantly, the staff that handles my maintenance concerns to very prompt and professional. They are really the best! I've never been happier as a renter! Charlotte has a lot of apartment complexes that seem nice at first- but sadly the hype falls short- unlike my stay here @ marquis. Exceptional staff- the true key to the overall feeling of an establishment that takes pride in their community. It's wild, because I'm sure this sounds cheesy but it's true and I hope the remaining stay I have here continues to be held to the exceptional standard I've experienced thus far! I consider myself lucky to be a resident
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
Exit 64A on I-485 leads you to Pineville-Matthews Road (NC 51.) Follow Pineville-Matthews Road past Jack in the Box (on your right) and go through the very next lighted intersection at Carmel Road. Shortly after that intersection, you will see a blinking caution light for the fire station on the left. Turn right onto Bannington Road immediately after passing under this light. You will then make your second available right onto Sudley Springs Road. Our leasing office will be the building behind the fountain!
