We love the amount of space we got for the cost. It's a great value and the office staff are very friendly and professional.
Only been here for few weeks. Been good experience so far. Inspections closer together so there is not so much traffic in home when away.
I particularly like where my apartment is located. It's ground floor across from the pool. I enjoy the trees & the bushes in the breeze that the trees provide.

My experience with mallard creek apartment has been good but I don't like the rentals price. To high!!!!!

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
