One of the times when I renewed, I thought I could do better, so I shopped around. No luck. This place has amenities that other"upscale" communities don't even realize they don't have!! The gas cooktop and oven are very unique for apt. living and I won't live somewhere that doesn't have them.
Beyond that I find the office staff and maintenance crew to share my same sense of urgency when i request a work order. Yea!!

The current manager and her leasing agents are excellent, as is a new, young maintenance technician. Management staff is good enough to overcome to horrible rating I would otherwise give because of Maintenance's indifference to the quality of repairs, if they are done at all. Maintenance, too, is improving now that the new manager is here. (I was told the previous manager held a lesser position than Community Manager and had no authority over Maintenance, so please don't hold her accountable.)
