I love my apartment, neighbors, staff and the pool area! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences in the last 10 months at Legacy Arboretum!
The office was always friendly and helpful. Anytime I had a problem or request it was handled quickly and professionally.
The staff is always helpful and maintenance has been always done in a timely manner. However, find that residents don't follow the rules of apartment living. From not picking up after their dogs, keep late hours, taking up 2 parking spots for one car. . . . . .
The rent continues to rise substantially each year. If it continues to climb, I will have to look for another home.
The space the three bedroom offered was great. However, we had a lot to issues in the first few months of moving in. Office staff was rude sometimes after bringing up the issues we were having. Maintenance could have been a whole lot better. With timing, leaving notes that they were there, and locking the door! Parking was awful! The pool looks dirty all the time. I like the trees and the woods behind the apartment. Not too loud. The tennis court was nice. Laundry and pantry together:(.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
