We've been residents here since Sept 2015. I must say that we're more than satisfied. I love the apartment and the location is superb. The apartment interiors are very attractive, immaculate and I honestly never hear my neighbors. What impresses me most is the recreational amenities. The pool area is so relaxing. The staff are very friendly, helpful & a pleasure to deal with. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this complex to anyone interested in renting.
Community is so quite and peaceful and the property manager are so friendly and always welcoming. Got the resolved all the maintenance issues on the same day.

Even though there are still some minors details under construction that may disturb you, my experience living here has been fabolous; the maintenance squad and the on-site management are very professional and I really love the community amenities
When we first came to the property, the leasing office was actually in an apartment because the club house was still being built. We immediately knew this is where we wanted to call home: very modern design with a floorplan that you wouldn't expect to see in an apartment. Surprisingly, the staff actually out-shined the apartment and they continue to do so. Being happy in a community is just as much about the staff as it is about the property, and this staff is top notch.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
