I have been a resident here about two years now. The location is great being a UNCC student, just a block away from the school but not on campus. There is not a lot of through traffic, traffic only consists of fellow residents when you get off of Tyron. It is a pretty quiet community, I have had no disturbances what so ever from neighbors, and the walls and floors are pretty thick so its like I don't even have neighbors. I plan on staying here till I need to relocate because Hunt Club has everything that I would look for in a place to live.
Hunt Club is an excellent place to live. The lease is affordable and the amenities are sensible. The neighborhood is safe and I look forward to the ongoing efforts of the staff in maintaining the location. I have been impressed thus far and would suggest these apartments for a friend's consideration.
I feel safe and no trouble yet. Staff are very friendly and other residents seem pretty nice as well.
They advertise a Ferrari and sell you a Kia. We are extremely dissatisfied with the overall quality of our renovated unit, the lack of transparency with all of our issues leading up to move in, and the lack of follow up from management and contractors alike in fixing the glaring problems at this unit upon move in. I feel robbed. We've been here nearly 2 months and are still having to get things fixed in a 'brand new' unit that doesn't look like the model we were advertised, all while paying a price that would be considered top dollar/overpriced in this area. If this is how Cortland Partners conducts its business, I'll be advising every apartment hunter I know to stay AWAY.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
