There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second with a $10 monthly pet rent per pet. Limit of 2 pets per home, no weight restrictions but any pet over 50 pounds must be on first floor. Breed restrictions apply.

Beautiful apartments. I love the coziness of the floor plan of the 2 bedroom with a deck.
The parking situation is very poor, as is the enforcement of parking lot speed limit and stop signs. The staff, maintenance and amenities are fine
Lack of parking. Too many visitors or residents have multiple vehicles. I often have to park away from my building because I can't find a spot in the front of my building.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
