As a senior adult , I like the layout of the ground apts. Handicap parking ready available
The monthly rent is affordable according to the current market.The application process went smoothly of me.
The valet trash should be made optional.

I recently moved here from up North and was ready to head back because of my first apt complex. Then I gave Grand Terrace shot. Straight from the beginning I felt welcome and like this was the right place. Greeted with smiles and laughter is one of the many reason I love it here. Everyone is respectful, of one another. The kids are safe and it's a great place to live with a small family, couple, or alone lol. It's a perfect fit and great on pricing.
