great location, great apartment, great office staff
Maintenance is timely and good. I am disappointed in the computer equipment in business center. It is antiquated and still runs XP which is no longer supported. Programs are obsolete. While there exists a printer/scanner, copier & fax unit in the center, there is NO capability to Scan documents. The business center is a major reason that I moved in 3 years ago. As a result of the deficiencies I end going to the UPS store about 3 times a week for services that should be available here.
the management is great! They go out of their way to help me with issues. They really do care about their residents
Poor insulation and thin walls I can hear both neighbors conversations . Carpets on the hallway look a bit dirty and stained, odd smell in the hallways. Too many bugs that somehow seem to get inside the building and apartment.
