They always attended to my needs and the office staff extremely pleasant. At no fault to the apartment complex - I am very frustrated with the recent changes to my duke power bill with little can be done. I feel I am paying way in excess of my usage especially when I am never at the apartment
I have had very few issues that have arose other than a burnt out light bulb or a barking dog at 7am. Everything that has come up has been addressed promptly and with great customer service. I really feel that I have found my home in Charlotte at Eastover Ridge.
Cost is a little high, but great amenities, great people in the complex, and friendly/helpful staff.
I denoted good rather than average because I do feel like Eastover Ridge addresses any maintenance request I place extremely quick and I enjoy the amenities provided; the two gyms, two pools, and as a dog owner the gated dog park has probably become the ultimate perk to living here.
The management and maintenance teams are friendly and responsive to requests. The rent when I moved in was great but with consistent increases I would rather stay in an apartment with more upgrades and there are other options in the area. My other issue is that there should be stairs from the parking lot to the rear of the 3309 building. The lot is underused and the hill is sometimes muddy.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
