The only things I wish we could improve: 1) The option to make online payments for rent. 2) The red mud overwhelming the the sidewalk causing me to track it into my residence.

Since I've moved in there has only been issue after issue. I got tired of complaining to the office about these maintenance issues but the workers half work. I'm currently still waiting for some additional work to be done months of living here.

I'm dissatisfied over the fact my rent was raised nearly $50 a month in spite of the fact it is VERY POOR condition. The convenience of taking the trash out to the parking lot is now gone. I must put my baby in the car, along with the smelly trash, and drive it over to the trash compactor which generally has more trash around it than in it. The office doesn't accept packages on my behalf which is another HUGE inconvenience. Multiple calls must be made for one maintenance request.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
